ROBOTIC GRIT BLASTING CELL


Gridbots RoboBlast is an automated Grit/Sand blasting system which utilises 8 Axis rugged robotic system to accurately blast the items in uniform way and provides SAE3 Finish to the items.

The system utilises high pressure air compressor and Grit dispenser which is accurately positioned at a perfect angle from the work piece and moved in a defined speed to get perfect finish.

The system can operate fully autonomously and utilises state of art 3D image capture system to form the 3D structure of the item and then self programs its trajectories to ensure optimum time and finish.
