Gridbots AUTO-HAULER is an autonomous, Level-5 self-driving truck capable of transporting 5–10 tonnes of payload across construction sites and factories, fully autonomously and safely. It is ideally suited for material transport applications in mines, construction sites, and industrial facilities.
The truck is capable of moving on roads and off-roading.
The tilt bucket is hydraulically controlled and comes with load sensor to calculate the load dynamically during transit. AUTO-HAULER is capable of running for a complete shift of 8 hours.
AutoDumper Series of Robots are the technological marvel in the 3D Vision and visual positioning system.
This material dumper can transport payloads in 500 kg options in off-road and onroad driving conditions.
It features 3D camera,TOF and Ultrasonic safety sensors with AI enabled classification system to understand the surroundings based on visual clues and navigate safely in an environment.
The robot can navigate with a precision of ±20 mm and provides real-time notifications to the base station. It features self-routing, path planning, intelligent obstacle avoidance, and load-sensing capabilities.
