Gridbots ROBO-TRIM is a fully automated Robotic Trimming Line which can be used for the trimming of various items which can be rubber,Metal or composites in fully automated manner.
The system supports lifting of components from the carry trolleys and directly loading on the line using 3D machine vision technology.
The intermediate trimming of the items can be done using hydraulic or electric tools.Once the operation is completed, a 3D coordinate capture system for the verification can be used to ensure the cut/trim quality.
Post trimming/cutting the parts can be loaded back into the dispatch bays.
