Gridbots gTransporter is a Level-4 (L4) fully autonomous outdoor delivery robot engineered to move goods from point to point across campuses, industrial parks, hospitals, hotels, gated communities and last-mile urban routes — with no human driver in the loop. Available in four payload classes of 100 kg, 500 kg, 1000 kg and 5000 kg, a single platform scales from light parcel runs to heavy inter-building material movement.

The robot fuses a 3D LiDAR with RTK-GNSS / GPS and vision to localise centimetre-accurately on outdoor maps, plan optimal routes in real time and perform automatic obstacle avoidance around pedestrians, vehicles, curbs and other robots. On top of the chassis sits a secure, mechanically shuttered storage bay split into 2 or 3 independent compartments. Each compartment opens only against a one-time password (OTP) delivered to the recipient — a motorised steel shutter keeps parcels tamper-proof, weatherproof and contactless from pickup to hand-off.

gTransporter runs up to 6 hours on a single charge and returns to its dock for fully automatic charging when low — enabling round-the-clock operation. Multiple units run together under Fleet Mode, a central traffic-controller that assigns jobs, de-conflicts paths, load-balances the battery pool and streams live telemetry to a web dashboard. IP-rated construction lets it operate through rain, dust and sun on real outdoor terrain.

Fleet Mode

Run one robot or a hundred. The Gridbots Fleet Controller assigns each delivery job to the best-placed unit, de-conflicts paths at intersections and narrow lanes, and load-balances the battery pool so units peel off to auto-dock and charge without breaking service. A single web dashboard shows live position, battery, compartment status, ETA and job history for the entire fleet, with role-based access and API hooks into ERP/WMS and ordering systems. Geofences, no-go zones, speed zones and time windows are configured per site — and OTA updates roll new maps and behaviours to every robot at once.
