WELDING SEAM INSPECTION SYSTEM
This is a laser based high precision profile scanner suited for welding applications.It can scan 1000 profiles per second and output the data directly to the welding torch and robot.
The system can detect any welding seam defects - cracks or ir-regular welding and can provide correction signal accordingly.
The system can withstand high temperatures and can directly be mounted on the welding robot tip point to provide readings in real time.
